Rachana Nabar Deshpande

Rachana Nabar Deshpande comes with a rich corporate experience of 13+ years in IT within the financial services and insurance domains. Before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, Rachana has worked extensively in USA & India with major investment banks and Insurance Providers like UBS Investment Bank, Citibank & Highmark Insurance Group.

In 2014, she started her first venture in IT, through which she designed her first software, “wiZSkool”, which provides IT administrative solutions to educational institutes. In September 2015, she entered the digital marketing world with her company, “aR Consulting Solutions” specialized in providing cohesive digital marketing solutions including SEO-Friendly websites, Search Engine Marketing, Social media marketing and optimization, Blog and Content writing and Audio – Visual content for digital promotions etc. Through its third year, the firm has provided marketing services to various sectors including corporates, hospitality, education as well as semi government agencies.
